Gender-based violence in South Africa is happening all around us – are societal norms to blame? In this video, we discuss how from a young age, we are taught gender roles which fuel gender-based violence with men ruling over womxn. In a time of change, we look at how the conversation needs to change and why these ways of thinking are problematic.
