When disaster strikes, is the constitution being practised equally or is it a case of economic discrimination? After a massive flood strikes KZN, townships are left without roads to basic healthcare while more affluent areas (or people with friends in the right places) are reaping the benefits of an R1 billion relief fund. People are hungry and bodies are unaccounted for, where are the resources for the people that need them?
