“….it’s very good to have an open relationship with your parents then you can talk to them about things”

“…emotional abuse when parents are arguing then the child gets affected by it, now when the child grows up thinking ‘shouting at my wife or husband is the right thing to get my point across’…the cycle of abuse”

A group of young girls from Modderdam High in Cape Town, sat down to discuss their take on the parent-child relationship, peer pressure and the dilemmas of their generation.
